Since our products are personal care and hygiene-related, we follow a strict No Return Policy, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
1. Eligibility for Return
You are eligible to request a return or replacement only if:
- The product is damaged, leaked, or defective upon delivery.
- The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
2. Conditions for Return
- The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) and clear photos/videos of the damaged/incorrect product must be shared with our support team.
3. Refunds
- Once your return request is verified and approved, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Used, opened, or partially consumed products.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Products returned after the 48-hour window.
